Meet The Team

Kelli will be the first friendly face you will see to welcome you during your visit. Kelli started as dental assistant in 1994 and moved to the front office in 2011. She is a Spokane Community College graduate, a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), and also a member of the American Dental Assistants Association. She treasures the friendships she has with her team members and our patients.

Outside of the office, Kelli’s hobbies include reading, flower gardening, and music. She is also a member of the Oakesdale Presbyterian Church.

Amy graduated from Eastern Washington in 2007, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to college, she attended and graduated from Colfax High School. She has been an integral part of the Colfax Dental community, having worked here since 2015. She also worked as a hygienist in Moscow, ID for nearly 7 years before joining the Colfax Dental team.

Amy lives in Oakesdale, Washington with her husband Jeremy, daughter Madelyn, and son Brantley. She loves spending time outdoors walking with her dog Oliver, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and running on occasion. She also enjoys baking (decorating cookies in particular) as well as trying out new dishes and foods. What she enjoys most about our office is the people that she works with. They are some of the kindest, warmest people she knows and she looks forward to seeing them every day at work.

Katie grew up in Kendrick, Idaho and graduated from Kendrick High School in 2010. She attended the University of Idaho for prerequisite classes prior to Hygiene school at LCSC. Katie graduated from the LCSC dental hygiene program in 2014, and worked in Pullman for a decade before joining our team in May of 2025. Katie wanted to be a hygienist since she was 10 years old, and she maintains a passion for both oral health and the mouth’s ties to systemic health. She prides herself on being thorough, while also being able to comfort patients who are more anxious about receiving dental care. Katie moved to Colfax in 2017 with her husband, Steven, who works at SEL, and since then they have welcomed their daughter, Blayke, and son, Bentley. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, video games, playing softball, and doing all the fun activities and sports with her children. 

Rachel has been a dental assistant for nearly three years. Having completed her degree in ExerciseScience in 2017 she happened upon a dental assisting opportunity when she moved to the Palouse and decided to try it out. While dentistry is not her field of study she has found a passion for it and quickly became a certified dental assistant. Patient comfort is Rachel’s number one priority and she will do everything she can to ease any fears or anxieties. She feels fortunate to have found an office with a wonderful team where everyone works well together.

Rachel lives in Albion where she and her husband, Briggs, have been renovating their house for the past few years. Apart from house projects, Rachel enjoys restoring furniture, reading, running, biking, baking, and crocheting. Rachel has no kids but loves spoiling her two cats, Marty and Winston.
